Important Disclaimers:

The materials and content provided by Tradeify Holdings, Corp. (“Tradeify”), whether on our website, through distributed documents, TradeifyTV, or other communications, are intended solely for educational and general informational purposes (the “Information”). This Information should not be viewed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell futures, futures-related products/derivatives, or any futures products of any kind, or otherwise constitute any type of trading or investment advice, recommendation or strategy, or an endorsement of any financial instruments, companies, or funds. Users are encouraged to do their own research, should not interpret such Information as personalized financial advice, and should consult with a qualified financial adviser before making any financial decisions. The Information presented herein does not consider your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment goals. The Information provided is not targeted at any specific jurisdiction and should not be used in any manner that would contravene local laws or regulations.

Hypothetical/Simulated Performance. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

Trader Performance Statistics (August 2025 – July 2026, calculated as of 9 August 2026): Across Tradeify's Growth, Advanced and Select evaluation products, (a) 17.2% of evaluation accounts initiated were successfully completed and afforded the opportunity to advance to the Funded Level; (b) 40.3% of individual participants who initiated one or more evaluations advanced to the Funded Level in at least one of their evaluations - participants may purchase multiple evaluations and resets, and initiated a median of 3 each over the period; (c) 28.5% of individual participants at the Funded Level received a payout; and (d) 3.0% of individual participants trading in a Funded Account were called up to a Live Funded Account. The Funded Level includes both Funded Accounts and Live Funded Accounts.

Trade examples presented for compensation purposes are hypothetical and should not be expected to reflect live trading results. Simulated results do not necessarily imply future profits. The risk of loss in trading forex or commodity contracts can be substantial. You should therefore, carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

Engaging in futures, forex, and other financial trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. It is possible to lose the entire amount of your investment, or even more. Only use risk capital—money you can afford to lose without impacting your financial security or lifestyle. Trading should only be undertaken by individuals who have the necessary risk capital and fully understand the risks involved. Past trading results do not guarantee future performance. Tradeify Holdings, Corp. does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Information provided and is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on this Information. Certain investment products present heightened risks:

Security Futures. Securities futures products are not suitable for all investors. Supporting documentation is available upon request for all comparisons, recommendations, statistics or other technical data presented. Past performance regarding securities futures (as applicable) is subject the following Risk Disclosure Statement for Security Futures Products.

Forex Futures. The prices of forex futures contracts may be highly volatile and while generally liquid, there may be times (e.g., during market stress or outside of regular trading hours) when it is difficult to execute trades at desired prices. Forex futures are traded on margin and present risks associated with the use of leverage – this enables an investor to control a large position with a relatively small amount of capital and may amplify gains, but may also magnify losses.

Virtual Currency Derivatives/Products. Virtual currency derivatives may experience significant price volatility and the initial margin for virtual currency derivatives may be set as a percentage of the value of a particular contract, which means that margin requirements for long positions can increase if the price of the contract rises. Certain restrictions may be imposed on customer trading activity in virtual currency derivatives, such as requiring additional margin, imposing position limits, prohibiting naked shorting or prohibiting give-in transactions. The rules of certain designated contract markets impose trading halts that may restrict a market participant's ability to exit a position during a period of high volatility. Given the material characteristics of these products, including the lack of a centralized pricing source and the opaque nature of the virtual currency market, there currently is no widely accepted practice to verify the ownership and control of a virtual currency or the valuation attributed to a virtual currency.

Testimonials. Testimonials provided herein, as well as those presented via TrustPilot may not be representative of the experience of other Tradeify account holders and such testimonials are not indicative of, or a guarantee of, future performance or success. No compensation has been provided in connection with such testimonials.
