Official Rules — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Tradeify Premier Trading League (the “Contest”) is a simulated futures trading competition sponsored by Tradeify Holdings, Corp., a company with its principal place of business in Boca Raton, Florida (“Sponsor,” “Tradeify,” “We,” or “Us”). The Contest consists of two (2) online Qualifying stages (“Open 1” and “Open 2”) followed by an in-person Championship Finale (the “Finale”).

Format: Every entrant may compete in Open 1. Entrants who do not place highly enough in Open 1 to advance receive a second opportunity to qualify by entering Open 2. The combined qualifying leaderboard determines final placement, prize eligibility, and — for the top four (4) finishers — advancement to the in-person Finale.

This is a two-part Contest. Sections 2–5 govern the online Qualifying stages. Section 6 governs the in-person Finale and contains eligibility, travel, and liability terms that apply only to Finalists. Please read Section 6 carefully — it materially changes what is required of you if you place in the top 4.

2. Contest Period

1. Open 1 (Qualifier): September 21st  through October 15th.
2. Open 2 (Second-Chance Qualifier): October 26th through November 19th. Open to entrants who did not advance out of Open 1.
3. Championship Finale: Friday, December 11, 2026 in Florida, USA. Venue to be announced.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify any date above, including postponing or relocating the Finale, subject to Section 6.7.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
• Reside in a jurisdiction where Tradeify offers its services and where participation is not prohibited by law. A full list of restricted jurisdictions is published at https://help.tradeify.co/en/articles/10495888-rules-restricted-countries; and
• Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Sponsor, or of any entity involved in the administration of the Contest.

The Contest is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements, at any stage of the Contest, including after the Finale.

4. Registration

To participate, an entrant must complete each of the following prior to the applicable registration deadline:

• Visit the Contest registration page at https://tradeify.co/ptl and either (a) log in with an existing Tradeify account, or (b) create a new Contest profile, including email verification and submission of first name, last name, and state/country of residency;
• Create a Contest user profile, including an Alias, which will be visible on the public leaderboard. Participants should not use a user ID associated with any live trading account;
• Subscribe to the Tradeify TV YouTube channel and maintain that subscription for the duration of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to verify subscription status at any time and to disqualify any Participant not subscribed at the time of verification; and
• Review and accept the official Tradeify Funded Trader Agreement and these Terms & Conditions.

5. Qualifying Format & Scoring

Each match features a fresh $50,000 account of simulated capital with no drawdown. Tradable products include ES, NQ, GC, and CL. Traders are allowed ONE singular match reset in either matches 1-3 or 5-7. There is an additional reset option usable only through matches 1-3 which will reset one’s total tournament score to 0.

Combined Leaderboard: A Participant's placement is determined by their best qualifying result across Open 1 and Open 2. Ties are broken by:
1. Score
2. Matches Won
3. PnL
4. Highest PnL Day

All determinations and decisions made by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, regarding eligibility, scoring, leaderboard placement, disqualification, and prize eligibility are final and are not subject to any request for reconsideration, review, or appeal.

6. The Championship Finale — In-Person Eligibility & Requirements

This section applies to the top four (4) finishers on the combined Qualifying leaderboard (each, a “Finalist”).

6.1 In-Person Attendance Requirement

To remain eligible for a Finale prize, a Finalist must be able to attend and personally participate, in person, at the Venue on December 11, 2026. This is a mandatory condition of Finale eligibility — remote or proxy participation in the Finale is not permitted. A Finalist who cannot confirm in-person attendance by November 23rd forfeits their Finale seed and is treated under Section 6.7 (Alternates).

6.2 Identity & Travel Documentation

Each Finalist must, by the confirmation deadline, provide Sponsor with:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID matching the name on their Contest profile; and
• For any Finalist traveling internationally, a passport valid through at least six (6) months past the finale date (December 11th, 2026) and any visa or travel authorization required to enter the United States. Obtaining required travel documentation is the Finalist's sole responsibility; Sponsor is not obligated to modify the Finale Date or format to accommodate a Finalist's documentation status.

6.3 Travel & Accommodations

Sponsor will arrange and pay for coach-class round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations for each Finalist for the Finale, in accordance with Sponsor's then-current travel policy. Sponsor will not reimburse travel booked outside this process without prior written approval. All incidental expenses (e.g., baggage fees, ground transportation not arranged by Sponsor, personal expenses) are the Finalist's sole responsibility unless otherwise stated in the travel policy.

If a Finalist elects to make their own travel arrangements, Sponsor's reimbursement obligation, if any, is limited to the amount it would have spent under its standard booking process, and is subject to prior written approval and submission of receipts by November 30th, 2026.

6.4 Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By attending the Finale, each Finalist (and, where applicable, their accompanying guardian) acknowledges that travel and in-person event attendance carry inherent risks, and agrees to execute Sponsor's standard event waiver and release of liability, indemnifying Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Finale, except to the extent caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.5 Code of Conduct at the Venue

Finalists must comply with all Venue rules and reasonable instructions from Sponsor staff. Sponsor may disqualify a Finalist from the Finale, without any prize obligation beyond amounts already earned in the Qualifying stages, for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or that violates the Venue's rules or these Terms.

6.6 Publicity & Media Release

Each Finalist grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free license to record, photograph, and livestream their name, Alias, likeness, and performance at the Finale, and to use such recordings for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6.7 Inability to Attend / Alternates

If a Finalist is unable or unwilling to attend the Finale in person, or fails to complete the requirements in Sections 6.1–6.2 by the applicable deadline, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion invite the next-highest-placed Participant on the combined leaderboard to fill the vacated Finale seed.

7. Prizes

Total guaranteed prize pool: $1,000,000. Prizes are awarded by final combined-leaderboard placement as follows:

World Finale prizing is as follows, and applies to the top 4 traders (8 total) of each Open tournament that qualify.

Prizes are not transferable and, except as required by law, no cash or other substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Prize Fulfillment & Taxes

Winners will be notified using the contact information on their Contest profile and must complete any requested identity-verification and tax-reporting forms (e.g., Form W-9 or W-8BEN, as applicable) before a prize is released. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue applicable tax forms (e.g., Form 1099) as required by law.

9. Disqualification

A Participant is not eligible to win, and Sponsor may disqualify a Participant at any stage (including after the Finale and after a prize has been announced or paid, subject to applicable law), if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Participant's registration, trading activity, or conduct: (a) violates these Terms, the Tradeify Funded Trader Agreement, or any applicable law or regulation; (b) involves fraud, collusion, or manipulation of the Contest; or (c) would or may damage the reputation of Sponsor, another Participant, or any other individual or entity.

10. General Conditions

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from participation in the Contest, use of any prize, or attendance at the Finale, except as required by law.
• Simulated Trading: The Contest is conducted on simulated trading accounts. No real funds are traded during the Qualifying stages. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
• GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions and the Contest shall be governed by U.S. law and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in courts located in the City of Miami, Florida, United States.
• Modification: Sponsor may amend these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted to this page.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
